Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and establish strong client relationships to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets.

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance.

Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance against targets.

Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional activities.

Liaise with project teams to stay updated on product offerings and timelines.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, construction industry or similar fields.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and drive results.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
