Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in the real estate market.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, CRM, and projects teams to optimize sales efforts and client satisfaction.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to plan sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports and presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate sales.
Broker Empanelment and Management & Lead Sourcing Activities.
Conduct regular training and engagement sessions with brokers to keep them informed about projects, pricing, and updates.
Monitor and evaluate broker performance, providing necessary support to achieve mutual success.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in real estate luxury sales will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

MBA/bachelors degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
