Job Description

As a Logistics Sales Specialist at Moover India (Moover Logistics Pvt. Ltd.), your role will be focused on accelerating business growth across transportation, warehousing, and supply chain service verticals. You will be required to leverage your industry knowledge, existing network connections, and operational logistics understanding to convert opportunities into long-term contracts while ensuring service excellence through close coordination with operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients across FMCG, e-commerce, retail, pharma, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. - Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using market intelligence and competitor insights. - Conduct client meetings, understand operational requirements, and prepare customized logistics proposals. - Drive revenue targets through focused sales planning and opportunity conversion. - Present Moover India's capabilities - FTL, PTL, last-mile, intercity, warehousing, and distribution solutions - to potential clients. - Negotiate rates, SLAs, long-term contracts, and service agreements. - Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. - Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service execution. - Work closely with dispatch, fleet, and warehouse teams to ensure timely service accuracy. - Maintain sales activity records, reports, and MIS dashboards. - Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation, and contractual procedures. - Provide periodic business review reports to management. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** *Technical Skills:* - Strong understanding of logistics operations: FTL, PTL, last-mile, distribution, and warehousing. - Knowledge of route planning, vehicle deployment, TAT expectations, and fleet management. - Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and proposal drafting. *Soft Skills:* - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Business-focused mindset with high ownership and accountability. - Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills. *Education & Experience:* - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-6 years of B2B sales experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL/4PL sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
