Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Logistics Specialist to join our team in Noida. This full-time, on-site role involves managing day-to-day logistics operations, coordinating with clients and carriers, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods through our network. The candidate will support sales activities by identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and assisting with customer onboarding. Effective communication, database management, and continuous process optimization will also be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and resolve inquiries effectively
Proficiency in Sales processes and a results-driven approach to achieve targets
Knowledge in Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding operations
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain excellent organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Familiarity with logistics software and the ability to adapt to new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to exception management
Previous work experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
