Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Logistics Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Logistics Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, including freight forwarding and logistics management. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services. The specialist will also contribute to sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Freight brokerage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Prior experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
