Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi for a Business Development Executive. The individual will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, prospecting and qualifying leads, developing strategies to meet sales objectives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with existing customers and stakeholders to explore potential opportunities and optimize partnership agreements, as well as contributing to the growth and profitability of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management for maintaining client relationships and managing partnerships effectively
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally
  • Capability to work in an onsite, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B sales is advantageous
