We are seeking a dynamic, driven and experienced Data Solution Sales Lead to join our
growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts in selling
our data-related services, driving new business, and supporting the development of
proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and similar documents. You will work closely with our
technical team to ensure the solutions we offer meet client needs and deliver value, while
also driving sales strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales process for data-related services, from lead generation to closing
deals.
Develop and implement sales strategies that target key accounts, expand our client
base and increase revenue.
Lead the development of customized proposals, SoW, and pricing strategies for
potential clients.
Work closely with technical team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and
aligned with client requirements.
Partner with data engineers, data scientists and developers to ensure that all client
proposals and contracts align with the capabilities of the organization.
Build and maintain string relationships with C-level executives, technical decision-
makers, and stakeholders.
Understand client business needs and position our solutions as the best fit for their
objectives.
Track and report on sales progress, opportunities, and pipeline activity. Provide
accurate sales forecasts and with leadership to drive revenue growth targets,
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, data science and data services industry.
Understand the competitive landscape and anticipate client needs in a rapidly
evolving market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling data solutions, AI, data
science, or related technologies.
Proven track record of successful sales in complex, data-driven environments
(consultancy or similar industry preferred).
Experience with the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Understanding of AI, data engineering, data science, data visualisation.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
BTech / MBA or equivalent qualification with focus on sales and technology.
