Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients in the Kochi region · Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through IT solution sales · Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets · Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals · Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention · Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely reporting · Represent Skylark at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Qualifications & Skills · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field · 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development · Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets · Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics Benefits · Competitive salary and performance incentives · Medical insurance and paid leaves · Career advancement and learning opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
