Project Role Description :Drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.

Summary:As a Sales Lead, you will drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients, strategizing sales approaches, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deal closures while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
