Insyde Studio Innovations LLP Location : Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru Working days : Mon-Sat About the role: A Purchase Executive is responsible for executing the company's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities: Research & select potential vendors. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Stay up to date with industry trends. Requirements: Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a purchasing Officer, purchasing agent or similar role Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors) Understanding of supply chain procedures Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Excellent Negotiation and communication skills Vendor relationship management Ability to work independently and as a part of team Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Any Graduate, Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Flexible in relation to work hours. Job Description 1. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the design process from initial concept development to final project completion. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are producing high-quality work and meeting project deadlines, TAT's. Conducts Performance Audit and stands responsible for the training of the team. 3. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their design requirements. This includes conducting client meetings, presenting design concepts, and managing feedback and revisions. 4. Design Development: Develop and implement design concepts that meet the client's requirements and align with their brand and aesthetic. This includes creating sketches, drawings, 2D details and 3D renderings, selecting finishes and materials, and creating detailed construction documents. 5. You will collaborate with our team of interior designers to assist customers in selecting the perfect designs for their homes. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Job Description Create design concepts, mood boards, specifications, quotations, proposals, presentations, and estimates for clients. Develop sales designs using AutoCAD and Sketch Up to showcase products' capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Provide sales support by preparing visual aids such as brochures, flyers, and banners Coordinate with sales team to understand client needs and preferences. Assist customers in selecting the best interior designs and products based on their preferences and requirements. Stay up to date with the latest design trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in interior designing or related field (sales coordination).
