You will collaborate with our team of interior designers to assist customers in selecting the perfect designs for their homes. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.Job DescriptionCreate design concepts, mood boards, specifications, quotations, proposals, presentations, and estimates for clients. Note : Candidates from IT background, please do not apply.About the role: A Purchase Executive is responsible for executing the company's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.Responsibilities:Research & select potential vendors. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Understanding the project features / designs / unique materials incorporated by the architect and interior designer / client Finding new factories that meet Insyde Studio's requirements and provide new ideas and designs. Creating weekly schedules and aligning vendors for resource allocation. Creating more standards in the modular department and finding new technologies, new hardware, and new materials for future design upgrades. Ensuring quality as per standards and specifications instructed by the Operation Head.Ensuring the factory team follows standards and specifications.Visiting the site during installation for proper QC of the product and installation. Creating daily schedules and coordinating with the factory team for daily production reports.Visiting factories as and when required. Consolidating the modular part as per design provided by the design manager and preparing the cut list and hardware list. Visiting the project site to validate the design and discussing required changes with the design manager. Working closely with designers to solve discrepancies in designs as per modular standards. Solving issues at the installation stage if there are discrepancies in products or production. Coordinating with the factory team, procurement team, and operation team for product deliveries. Ensuring 100% adherence to Insyde Studio processes. Maintaining daily progress reports, weekly reports, and production reports.
