Location : Jodhpur (Rajasthan) About the Role: Drive sales growth, expand distribution, and strengthen market presence for our tea brand, This role combines strategic leadership, on-ground execution, and deep industry insight to achieve ambitious revenue targets as planned. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the present market share & Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. Distribution & Trade Management : Expand and co-ordinate Distributor network to enhance product availability and visibility. Performance Tracking: Provide timely performance reports to leadership, offering insights on growth opportunities and corrective strategies Experience : Preferable 4-6 years FMCG industry experience. Language : Hindi Speaking Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business 10+ years of progressive FMCG sales experience Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Candidates who are willing to relocate Role & responsibilities
