SALES HEAD - ENTERPRISE BUSINESS

Base Location: Hyderabad

Areas of Responsibility: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Job Type: Full-time

CTC up to 25 lakhs (Per Annum) (Please note, this salary range will be according to each

candidate's profile and their experience).

Qualifications:

• Graduates, preferably MBAs, with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Key

Account Management, or Enterprise Business in Telecom/ISP industry.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate

relationships with enterprise clients.

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service

industry or a similar client-facing role within the Telecom/ISP sector.

• Proven sales expertise, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and

relationship-building.

• Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the state's enterprise sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the enterprise business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of

customer satisfaction and retention.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of high-value enterprise clients.

• Utilize CRM and data analysis tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior

management.
