Job Description

  • Proposal Development and Solution Design
  • Lead the creation of best-in-class proposals aligned to client briefs, ensuring strong strategic alignment, clarity of design, and commercial soundness.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and internal senior stakeholders to design projects, budgets, and delivery plans that are both ambitious and feasible.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal tools, templates, and processes to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
  • Account Strategy and Client Engagement
  • Work with senior leadership to develop account growth strategies for key clients and partners.
  • Build trusted relationships with nonprofit leaders and ecosystem partners to identify opportunities for long-term engagement.
  • Represent Sattva in external discussions with a consultative, partnership-oriented approach
  • Sales Operations & Systems
  • Institutionalize sales systems and processes (CRM, lead tracking, pipeline reporting, account intelligence).
  • Standardize proposal management and other sales related workflows, and SOPs and ensure adherence ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency across all sales operations.
  • Ensure learning and continuous improvement in sales operations

  • Sales Targets, Operations, and Pipeline Management
  • Own revenue targets for new business conversion in line with annual BU goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales operations team to ensure smooth coordination, pipeline tracking, data accuracy, and timely reporting.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across existing and new accounts.
  • Ensure timely tracking, forecasting, and performance reviews through Sattva s CRM and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, fundraising, partnerships, or sales - ideally within the social impact ecosystem or consulting advisory firms.
  • Proven ability to design winning proposals and convert opportunities into successful engagements.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit business models, funder expectations, and project design principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and clients with credibility.
  • Collaborative mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
