Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Lead – Sales (B2B) professional to head our sales function for Youthville Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales operations, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving business growth through strong B2B relationships and institutional collaborations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth. Identify and build partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, travel partners, and channel associates. Lead the B2B sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and account management. Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment and service excellence. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships. Represent Youthville at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Key Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing sectors. Proven track record in end-to-end sales cycle management and achieving business targets. Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong corporate and institutional relationships. Team leadership experience with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
