Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head (Sr. GM / GM) to lead our residential sales portfolio comprising plots, villas, and farmlands. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through both direct sales and channel partner networks, shaping sales strategies, and building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define pricing, positioning, and bundling strategies.
  • Identify new markets, geographies, and channel expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM for campaign alignment.

Operational:

  • Manage sales funnel from lead generation to booking.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and team coaching.
  • Oversee CRM processes, MIS reporting, and conversion tracking.
  • Address escalated customer issues and ensure smooth CRM handover.
  • Strategize for project-wise inventory movement and site promotions.

Financial:

  • Drive revenue and collection targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Monitor sales expenses, incentives, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Optimize marketing spends and channel partner commissions.

People:

  • Hire, train, and retain a high-performing sales and channel team.
  • Set KPIs, conduct appraisals, and manage growth plans.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and customer focus.

  • Sales revenue achievement (Direct & Channel)
  • Channel partner contribution and inventory sell-through
  • Team productivity and lead-to-booking conversion rate
  • Training effectiveness and employee engagement

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven track record in plotted, villa, and farmland sales
  • Channel partner strategy and management experience
  • Strong CRM and sales reporting skills
