As the Sales Head for valve products across India, your role will be crucial in driving the overall sales strategy, business growth, and customer engagement. You will lead a strong sales organization, expand market share, and achieve revenue and profitability targets through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Pan-India operations aligned with company goals. - Define annual sales targets, regional objectives, and business development plans. - Monitor performance metrics to ensure the achievement of revenue, margin, and market expansion goals. - Identify new business opportunities in the valves industry and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders. - Strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners, and decision-makers. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers. - Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to guide product development and pricing strategy. - Prepare sales reports, collaborate with other teams for smooth order execution, and provide insights for business planning. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in sales and business development in the Industrial Valves / Flow Control / Process Equipment industry. - Strong knowledge of various valve types and their industrial applications is required.
