Job Title: Harness Prototype Build Technician Location: Bangalore Department: Manufacturing & Supply Chain Reports To: Harness Build Lead Job Summary: Responsible for building prototype harnesses as per drawings and BOMs, ensuring quality, traceability, and proper documentation of each build. Key Responsibilities: Build prototype harnesses as per BOM, drawings, and assembly instructions. Interpret wiring diagrams, connector specs, and routing clearly. Maintain proper records of BOM version, drawing version, and sample harness. Ensure sample harnesses are labeled and stored for future reference. Coordinate with engineering and QC teams for updates or clarifications. Ensure quality, functionality, and neatness of builds. Maintain tools and follow ESD/safety standards. Provide feedback on build issues or suggestions for improvements. Key Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics.
