Job Criteria:

ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
qualification is a must
2-8 years
of experience in
Tablet/Capsule Packing
area in a regulated pharmaceutical formulation facility

Job Responsibilities:

Operation and handling of
primary packing machines
such as
blister packing (e.g., CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, BQS, Bosch)
and
alu-alu packing machines
Operation of
secondary packing machines
like
cartoning, bundling, overwrapping, labeling, and inkjet printing machines
Carrying out
line clearance, batch startup, and changeover activities
as per SOP
Performing
in-process checks
(e.g., batch coding, pack integrity, leaflet insertion, visual inspection) and ensuring compliance with BPR
Maintaining
online documentation
including
logbooks, BPR, cleaning records
and other regulated documents
Ensuring
equipment and area cleaning
as per cGMP guidelines
Knowledge of
handling vision inspection systems, camera-based rejection systems
Strict compliance with
GMP, GDP, safety, and hygiene practices
in the packing area
Responsible for
trouble-shooting and basic maintenance
of packing machinery
Exposure to
regulatory inspections
like
USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.
