Job Criteria:

ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
qualification is a must
2-8 years
of experience in
Tablet Compression
area in a regulated pharmaceutical formulation facility

Job Responsibilities:

Operation and handling of
tablet compression machines
such as
Cadmach, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Manesty, and Rimek
Setup and operation of
dedusting units, metal detectors, tablet de-burrers, and weight variation systems
Performing
machine changeover, line clearance, and in-process checks
(e.g., weight, hardness, thickness, friability)
Responsible for
daily equipment cleaning and area sanitization
as per SOPs
Monitoring of
batch process parameters
and adherence to approved BMR/BPR
Calibration and verification
of balance and compression-related instruments
Ensuring
compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety practices
Online and accurate documentation in
logbooks, BMR/BPR, and cleaning records
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting machine stoppages during the process
Exposure to
regulatory inspections and audits
(USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.) preferred
