Key Responsibilities: Quality Testing & Inspection: Supervise and perform testing of pressure cookers and cookware for durability, performance, safety, and compliance. Ensure all test methods are aligned with national and international standards (e.g., ISO, BIS, ASTM). Monitor pressure retention, sealing integrity, material strength, non-stick coating performance, thermal efficiency, and ergonomic assessments. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of test procedures, results, deviations, and corrective actions. Ensure products meet regulatory and safety compliance requirements for target markets (e.g., BIS certification in India). Prepare documentation for audits, certifications, and customer inspections. Lab Operations & Management: Manage day-to-day operations of the QC lab, including calibration and maintenance of test equipment. Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals. Manage a team of lab technicians and quality inspectors, providing training and performance oversight. Continuous Improvement: Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend improvements in manufacturing processes or product design. Collaborate with R&D, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and improve product robustness. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Supplier Quality: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming materials meet specifications. Conduct supplier audits as necessary and support the development of SOPs for supplier quality standards.

Operate and maintain coal-fired boiler; monitor pressure, temperature, water levels; perform blowdown, water treatment; maintain logbook; ensure safety systems work; follow IBR protocols; report malfunctions.

Promote and sell industrial valve products including control valves, safety valves, ball valves, gate/globe/check valves, and actuators. Engage with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and end-users to position the companys valve solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Respond to RFQs, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and follow up for order closures. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, supply chain, and after-sales to ensure timely and successful delivery. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Urgently required below positions for Shutdown/ Turnaround Project at Mumbai Mechanical Engineer: Tenure: 2-3 months Location: HPCL Mumbai Scope: To carry out On-stream Inspection of pipelines as per applicable pipeline standards of various above mentioned units, review of NDT reports, visual inspection as per checklist and prepare final report. Possess a minimum of 2 years experience of in-service Inspection/shutdown inspection/ fabrication inspection of Static Equipment in Petroleum Refining / Fertilizer /Petrochemical / Pressure vessel fabrication industries. (Static Equipment means pipe lines, columns, pressure vessels, Flare Stacks, heaters, boilers, heat exchangers, Furnace, safety valves and other non-moving equipment used in the industries as mentioned above). Team Member having following capabilities will be preferred:- a) Knowledge in selection, usage and interpretation of NDT like DPI, MPI, UT, UFDT, Radiography, Leak Tests, etc. b) Ability to interpret and apply ASME, ASTM, API, IS, API, TEMA and other relevant codes & standards. c) Ability to study/review equipment drawing, facilities and job scope thoroughly and prepare inspection reports. d) Experience in carrying out both internal and external visual inspection, specify and review NDT, document the observations. e) Proficient in preparing comprehensive Inspection reports in English on the inspection findings and recommendations. All above. inspection to be carried out as per applicable Codes & Standards like API, ASME, TEMA, ASTM, NACE etc.

Inter-discipline co-ordination Resolution of issues faced during execution. Planning and scheduling Meeting with Client Capable for cost estimation for fabricated equipment along with required accessories. Candidate Specification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BE/BTech) Sound knowledge in API, ASME, TEMA and other National and International codes for Tanks, Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchangers Hands on experience in PV Elite, Tank Software, AutoCAD & MS office is essential. Interpersonal skill / Teamwork Sound Communication and Leadership skill Experience in 3D model in platforms like Revit 3D, AutoCADPlant3D & Experience in Model review in Navisworks will be an added advantage.
