A - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer Coverage and generating of enquiries with the customers assigned in his region. 2. Interaction with customers - both internal and external stakeholders 3. Product presentation to customers (Product features/Benefits & Advantages) 4. Making cold calls, generating new customer and retain existing customers by building good relationship 5. We are putting forth a set of minimum expectations for the role of a Welding Engineer as below. Being a Certified Welding profession ( CSWIP ) working knowledge in welding techniques like GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, etc., Possess welding inspector certifications like CSWIP 3.1 / AWS. Have experience in pressure seal welding and overlays. Familiar with Codes and Standards requirements like ASME SEC IX, EN15614, etc., Capable of establishing new welding processes based on manufacturing requirements. Capable of developing welding procedures - PQR / WPS based on customer requirements. Possess the necessary knowledge to impart training to the welders to ensure compliance and qualify personnel (WPQ). Possess SNT-TC-1A Level II qualification in Penetrant Testing (PT). Familiar with PWHT processes in line with ASME / API / NACE requirements. Have experience in handling customer enquiries and inspections related to welding. Capable of demonstrating the ability to carry out Root Cause Analysis of welding defects.
1. Expertise in CNC programming for all jobs. 2. Able to handle various CNC machines. 3. Ensure proper manning of machines for the maximum utilization in the shift. 4. Upkeeping all the machineries and co-ordinate with maintenance for machine breakdown works. 5.Prepare and maintain KAIZEN documents and other production related documents. 6. Ensure the quality cleared products are dispatched to as per plan. 7. Co-ordinate with quality for inspection and clearance of products.
