As a Sales Strategy Leader, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative sales strategies targeting large enterprises across South India. Leveraging your deep market expertise in Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, GRC, and Audit space, you will identify high-value opportunities to drive revenue generation. You will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on high-revenue accounts. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers will be key to your success. Your strong network of industry contacts will be instrumental in positioning the company as a market leader. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and operations, you will ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Handling complex negotiations and crafting bespoke solutions will be essential in meeting client needs while maintaining profitable margins. Providing accurate sales forecasts, detailed performance reports, and insights into the competitive landscape will be part of your responsibilities. With a minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales and business development within the Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or GRC space, you will have a proven track record of success in driving revenue and growth with large enterprise clients in South India. Your well-established connections with decision-makers, including CISOs, CIOs, and senior leadership, will be advantageous. Your strategic thinking skills will enable you to build and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of high-value clients. As a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities, you will make independent decisions and drive initiatives forward without supervision. Deep market knowledge, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent relationship-building skills will set you up for success in this role.
