Job Title: DGM / GM / Head Sales (Real Estate) Experience Required: 15+ Years Location: Noida / Yamuna Expressway Region About the Role We are seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Sales Leader (DGM/GM/Head Sales) with more than 15 years of proven success in the real estate industry, specifically within Noida's residential market. Experience in the Yamuna Expressway micro-market is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of the luxury residential segment, preferably managing or selling premium projects with ticket sizes of 2.5 Cr and above. Candidates currently associated with prominent developers and projects along the Yamuna Expressway such as M3M, Nimbus, Gaurs, El deco, Purvanchal, CRC, Experion, Sobha, County, etc. Will be given preference. Compensation will be aligned with the candidates last-drawn salary and overall experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities The DGM/GM/Head Sales will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and ensuring the company's continued success in the highly competitive real estate landscape of Noida and the Yamuna Expressway corridor. The role requires end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, team management, and channel partner development. 1. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Develop, implement, and optimize robust sales and marketing strategies that support organizational goals related to revenue, market penetration, and brand positioning. Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities within the luxury residential sector. Conduct continuous market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and leverage market insights to refine sales approaches. 2. Channel Partner Development Strengthen and expand the existing network of channel partners to maximize project reach and sales conversions. Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with leading channel partners, agencies, and associates operating in the Noida and Yamuna Expressway region. Lead channel partner engagement programs, training sessions, and performance-driven initiatives. 3. Sales Team Leadership & Performance Management Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team capable of delivering exceptional results. Set ambitious but achievable sales targets; regularly monitor KPIs and conduct performance reviews. Provide coaching, guidance, and structured training to enhance team productivity and sales capabilities. 4. Sales Operations & Pipeline Management Oversee and streamline the complete sales cycle for both B2B and B2C segments. Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, prospect nurturing, and deal closures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to handover. 5. High-Value Client & Investor Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, premium investors, and strategic partners. Lead negotiations for high-ticket luxury deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering superior customer value. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance Work closely with the marketing team to design impactful promotional campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand-building initiatives. Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory frameworks such as RERA. Provide detailed sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business insights to senior management for planning and decision-making. Strong networking abilities with established relationships across Noida and Yamuna Expressways real estate ecosystem. Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, customer behavior, and project performance data. A proactive, target-driven professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market environment. Essential Skills & Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least several years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in selling or managing luxury real estate projects with high-ticket values. Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and team management skills. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred). Strong command over sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement tools.
