Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Sales Head, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, designing and executing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the company's market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing high-performing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Expansion
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding high-performing teams
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building abilities
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking capabilities for interpreting market data and driving informed decisions
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is an added advantage
