Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from government contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies for printing contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand our client base.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Operations Management:

• Oversee production processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in printing.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and operations teams.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members and monitor performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to track sales activities and client interactions.

Education & Skills:

• Graduation will be preferred.
• Total Experience: total of 8-10+ years with atleast of 4+ years in printing and government contracting & sales preferable.
• Gem knowledge is preferable.
• Strong Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive Attitude.
• Basic Tally knowledge is preferable.
• MS Office Knowledge must (Excel, Word & PPT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
