Job Description: Sales Head

Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Barasat, Kolkata
Experience: 4–6 Years (Preferred in Forex/Travel Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth in forex, travel, and related services.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to plan and implement business expansion strategies.
• Oversee daily sales operations, team performance, and reporting.
• Train, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high productivity and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and customer handling in all sales processes.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience; leadership or team-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to create strategies and drive results under deadlines.
• Knowledge of forex, travel, or financial services will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
