Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Java Project Manager who started their career as a Java Developer and has grown into a leadership role managing complex, enterprise-grade software projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and experience deploying applications using Cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes . This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Java-based software projects. Drive execution across development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams. Engage directly with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering, updates, and escalations. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership and mentoring experience in cross-functional teams.
