Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–15 sales executives. Build and optimize the sales process (calling, follow-up, counseling, closures). Ensure daily monitoring of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions. Set weekly/monthly targets; track performance and deliver results. Train the team on product knowledge (NMIMS + BIA programs), objection handling, and pitch. Conduct one-on-one sessions, role plays, and sales reviews. Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion. Handle escalated client concerns and ensure smooth admissions. Prepare management reports and MIS.
