Maintain documentation for audits and inspections. 8. Reporting & Documentation Provide daily/weekly production reports, output vs. target, machine performance, and manpower utilization. Monitor cost indicators and work on productivity improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in gabions, wire products, metal mesh, or similar industries. Strong understanding of galvanizing, wire processing, mesh weaving, and QC standards. Experience managing a production team and handling large-volume manufacturing.
