Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety. Plan and monitor production schedules for epoxy, sealants, admixtures, curing compounds, and waterproofing chemicals. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead and mentor production and technical teams. Monitor plant performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with R&D and quality teams to ensure product consistency and performance. Maintain inventory control of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Prepare and manage plant budgets, cost control, and resource optimization. Liaise with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of products. Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO, BIS, and other regulatory standards.
