Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
  
• Plan and monitor production schedules for epoxy, sealants, admixtures, curing compounds, and waterproofing chemicals.
  
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Lead and mentor production and technical teams.
  
• Monitor plant performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with R&D and quality teams to ensure product consistency and performance.
  
• Maintain inventory control of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
  
• Prepare and manage plant budgets, cost control, and resource optimization.
  
• Liaise with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of products.
  
• Ensure documentation and compliance with ISO, BIS, and other regulatory standards.
