Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of inventory operations across our factories. The role involves overseeing raw material (RM) and finished goods (FG) warehouses, ensuring ERP-physical stock accuracy, maintaining adequate stock levels, and eliminating inefficiencies such as dead stock. The Inventory Head will work closely with Purchase, Dispatch, and Production departments to ensure smooth and synchronized supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and monitor all RM and FG godowns across departments and factory units. * Ensure ERP stock matches with physical inventory through routine checks and audits. * Set and maintain SOPs for receiving, storing, issuing, and returning materials. * Work closely with the Purchase Head to ensure timely availability of materials and adherence to MOQ levels. * Coordinate with the Dispatch Head to ensure timely FG movement and prevent stockpiling. * Collaborate with Production Supervisors to align inventory with production schedules and avoid stockouts. * Monitor and control stock levels across locations to ensure healthy inventory turnover. * Identify and eliminate dead stock, highlight slow-moving inventory, and propose reallocation or clearance. * Implement standardized inventory practices including FIFO, bin tagging, and location management * Ensure accurate and real-time data entry in Logic ERP by all inventory supervisors. * Drive improvements in ERP usage, inventory reports, and dashboard analytics. * Train warehouse and inventory staff on best practices and compliance * Prepare and send inventory reports to top management highlighting key metrics, risks, and improvements. * Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock variance, dead stock value, and inventory turnover ratio. * Escalate discrepancies or operational bottlenecks to management with suggested actions. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Civil Engineer to lead and oversee the execution of a new Greenfield industrial project comprising a multistory RCC factory structure, PEB sheds, site development, internal roads, boundary walls, and landscaping. This role is pivotal from Day One, involving close coordination with the principal architect and multiple consultants (electrical, HVAC, structural), and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality execution using the item-rate contract method for civil and PEB works.
