Role & responsibilities

Gabion Sales Executive/Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new clients in infrastructure, construction, landscaping, and government sectors.
  • Promote and sell gabion products (e.g., gabion baskets, mattresses, retaining walls) to contractors, project consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to clients, explaining product features and benefits.
  • Respond to tenders, prepare quotations, and follow up on pricing, proposals, and order status.
  • Visit construction sites, engineering offices, and project sites to gather requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and develop market expansion strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, pricing, and demand forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the production/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and client communications in CRM systems.
