Job Description

Job Opening: Plant Head
Company: Wellness Nutraceuticals
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 8–15 Years (Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals / Food Manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete plant operations including Production, QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch.
Ensure daily production targets, productivity improvement & process optimization.
Implement GMP, quality standards, safety norms & regulatory compliances.
Lead manpower planning, performance monitoring & team development.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales & Management for smooth operational flow.
Monitor cost control, machine utilization & maintenance planning.
Drive continuous improvement, SOP implementation & audit readiness. Requirements:
B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Science Graduate.
Strong leadership, decision-making & problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling plant operations independently.
Knowledge of nutraceutical/pharma manufacturing processes preferred.
Good communication and operational planning skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹631,823.97 - ₹15,000,000.00 per year
