Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development

  • Drive nationwide sales of Gabion products (wire mesh systems, retaining walls, slope stabilization, erosion control, etc.).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, infrastructure developers, and government agencies.
  • Build relationships with consultants, architects, and project management companies to influence specifications.
  • Tendering & Project Sales

  • Track upcoming infrastructure projects (NHAI, PWD, Irrigation, Railways, Mining, etc.) and participate in relevant tenders.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, technical documentation, and pricing bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize orders in line with company policies.
  • Technical Sales & Client Support

  • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site support to clients.
  • Ensure product solutions are aligned with IRC/MoRTH specifications and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide customized solutions for slope protection, river training, and retaining structures.
  • Market Strategy & Growth

  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to formulate sales strategies.
  • Expand dealer/distributor network to strengthen market presence.
  • Work closely with marketing to create promotional campaigns, brochures, and technical content.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to management.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders
