Urgent hiring for Liaisoning Executive

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies for obtaining required permissions, NOCs, and licenses. Submit applications, follow up on approvals, and ensure documentation is complete and up to date. Assist in the renewal of licenses and ensure no lapses in statutory obligations. Maintain a tracker of all submissions, follow-ups, approvals, and renewals. Handle day-to-day liaison activities and resolve minor issues in coordination with authorities. Draft letters, maintain records of correspondence, and update internal stakeholders. Support audits and inspections by providing relevant documents to officials. Travel as needed to government offices or client locations for submissions or meetings. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, or Public Relations). 2–4 years of experience in liaisoning or coordination roles. Knowledge of government procedures and documentation requirements. Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to draft formal correspondence. Strong follow-up and documentation abilities. Familiarity with government portals and online application systems. Willingness to travel locally.
