Position Overview

Sales Head for our Ahmedabad Branch

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Ahmedabad branchs sales operations and achieve monthly & annual revenue goals.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from industrial and MSME sectors.
Build long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and guide the branch sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Collaborate with the Surat HO for proposal development, pricing, and client servicing.
Conduct regular market research to track competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
Represent Banthia Consultancy at local business events, exhibitions, and forums.
