Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in project finance, subsidies, and government incentive schemes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry bodies, financial institutions, and government agencies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, funding opportunities, and relevant subsidy schemes for clients.
Generate leads through networking, partnerships, and client outreach.
Create and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.

Project Finance & Advisory:

Assist clients in structuring and preparing financial proposals for their projects.
Evaluate project viability and develop financial models, feasibility studies, and funding strategies.
Guide clients on available government subsidies, incentives, and benefits related to their projects.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for debt funding and financial closure.
Support clients in documentation, compliance, and application processes for subsidies and finance.
Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with financing terms and government guidelines.
