Job Description

Ascensus is looking for Manager, Transformation to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Lead transformation initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation efforts.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
