Role Overview: You will be joining as an Automation and Analytics Specialist to lead intelligent automation projects and provide insights through advanced analytics. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Lean/Six Sigma/agile/PMO methodology, automation tools such as Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, .Net technologies, and Robotic Process Automation. You will be tasked with optimizing business processes, increasing efficiency, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new optimization opportunities in the 401k Process and drive them to completion - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement and oversee programs at the organizational level - Utilize VB, .Net, and RPA technologies - Implement workflow automation and data integrations using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automation, and Azure Services - Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Power BI - Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation and reporting possibilities - Optimize existing processes for improved performance and scalability - Hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have experience conducting YB trainings Qualification Required: - 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Process Excellence supporting automation and analytics roles - Proficiency in working with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools and frameworks - Exposure to Alteryx for workflow automation and analytics - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Additional Company Details: Unfortunately, there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
