Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our client relationships. This is a leadership position that requires a strong track record in team management, business development, and maintaining long-term partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Set clear goals and KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide mentorship and development opportunities.

Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and positive team culture.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion.

Analyze sales performance data and market trends to refine tactics and improve results.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and value-added service.

Act as the main escalation point for key accounts and ensure swift resolution of issues.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations to align strategies and support business growth.

Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the leadership team.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in insurance industry.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership role with high visibility and impact.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹91,559.41 per month
