Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Non-Motor Insurance Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-motor insurance products and excellent communication skills to assist clients and support ongoing relationships. Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information to clients about various non-motor insurance products such as: Health Insurance Travel Insurance Property Insurance Liability Insurance Personal Accident Insurance Respond to client inquiries and explain policy details in a clear, professional manner Assist clients in selecting the right insurance products based on their needs Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service Requirements: Basic knowledge of non-motor insurance products Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service Prior experience in insurance or a client-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹9,563.68 - ₹46,175.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Rotational shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
