Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Drive sales of Effica and related automation solutions to OEMs, end users, and system integrators.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industrial sectors (automotive, manufacturing, robotics, etc.).
• Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with technical and project teams to propose suitable solutions for client requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance excellence.
• Coordinate with the application, design, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in industrial automation / control systems / motion solutions / robotics sales.
• Strong technical understanding of Effica, PLC, HMI, and automation products.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering.
• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification (preferred).
