The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure smooth functioning of the MDs office. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: Manage the MDs calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Draft Minutes of Meetings (MoM), circulate action points, and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare, compile, and review project reports, business summaries, and presentations for the real estate portfolio. Coordinate with project sites, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to gather updates and ensure alignment on key priorities. Maintain documentation, records, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval. Support the MD in day-to-day tasks, communication management, and operational requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 1-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong planning, time-management, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain strict confidentiality.
