Position Overview:

We are seeking a Manager – Robotics Installation Team Lead with hands-on experience in robotic system integration, installation, and commissioning. The role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians for on-site robot installations, ensuring smooth execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of Fanuc robots is a strong advantage. Experience with other brands such as ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or Mitsubishi will also be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the robotics installation and commissioning team for automation projects.
• Plan and execute robot installation, calibration, and testing activities at client sites.
• Coordinate with design, electrical, and software teams for successful integration.
• Troubleshoot robot programs and ensure performance validation.
• Review electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical interfaces related to robotic systems.
• Handle customer communication during project execution and commissioning phases.
• Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Train and guide junior engineers on robotic installation and maintenance procedures.
• Prepare and maintain documentation (installation reports, FAT/SAT records, etc.).
• Support after-sales service and technical assistance when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5–10 years in industrial robotics installation, programming, or integration.
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Skills Required:
• Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robots (programming, setup, and troubleshooting).
• Experience with other robot brands (ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of robot communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.).
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems.
• Strong team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

Compensation: Based on experience and skills.
