Proof of concept for various digital manufacturing solutions. Finding vision hardware and software solution for shopfloor process quality control. Discuss, implement, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software integration & implement live data streaming to MES & cloud. Industrial Robotic Automation solution for various industrial use cases. Robot health monitoring & live data streaming by Edge gateway or WIFI enables PLC. Deployed complete WIFI Robotic process (Cobot, AMR & Vision integration) for Assembly process, Warehouse material movement and other operations in the shop floor. Smart warehousing system to control and manage material flow and material replenishment by Pick to light system. Connected shopfloor machines by Industrial-IOT solution & develop predictive maintenance model. Discuss & assist to team for developing dashboard to display real-time data of OEE, Machine utilization, Predictive maintenance. Worked on various communication protocol of MQTT, OPC/UA, Profinet, Modbus, TCP IP. Smart factory layout planning, Process Simulate, BOM, Robotic Simulation and final solution to customer. Develop Augmented Reality solution for assembly process. Manual Work Instruction to be digitized to assist station operator to avoid mistakes. Develop connective manufacturing solution along with machine suppliers & integrating with MES system. Real time data monitoring of Machine health, predictive maintenance, production & Quality data by Industrial IOT system. Working with vendors to develop the latest technology of Industry 4.O and vendor agreement with request for proposal and request for quotation. Discuss final proposal with the integration team to implement all hardware system as per standard. Extensive experience in delivering End to End digital engineering and manufacturing projects in collaboration with SME and other stakeholders. Conduct workshop & understand main points and potential use case. Develop Industry specific use cases and assist to develop Industry 4.O concept at workshop & implement. Project track record, Milestones, waterfall study, Capex budget monitoring & approvals as part of project management, management review. Visit sites, analyse the improvement area in shopfloor & prepare analysis report.
