As the Manager - Sales (Solar Panel), you will lead strategic efforts to grow our solar panel sales segment. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on solar energy or renewable resources. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
