Job Title : Sales Head
Experience : 15+ Years Location : Gurgaon Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and manage the RM organisation, including hiring Relationship Managers and Team Leads.
  • Drive revenue delivery, set targets, and oversee P&L responsibilities.
  • Attract and retain talent, foster culture, and scale RM teams effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Learning & Development, and senior management for strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce sales processes, performance standards, and operational discipline.
Requisites:
  • Strong background in affluent wealth management and RM team leadership.
  • Proven ability to scale RM teams and drive revenue growth.
  • Well-connected with networks across leading firms.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and culture-building skills.
