About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and manage our national sales team. The role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering accurate sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets

✅Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and discount structures

✅ Expand and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks

✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients

✅ Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team (ASM, RSM, Executives)

✅ Prepare sales dashboards, performance reports, and forecasts

✅ Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities

✅ Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in hardware, building materials, or interior/architectural products

✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

✔ Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

✔ Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Monthly & annual revenue growth

New dealer/distributor acquisitions

Sales team productivity and efficiency

Improvement in market share
