Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Head with deep expertise in the chemical industry to lead national/global sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand key accounts, and strengthen market presence through strong business development and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
Manage key customer accounts and build long-term partnerships.
Identify new markets, applications, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance metrics.

Requirements:

18–20 years of progressive sales experience in the chemical sector.
Strong network across relevant industries (specialty chemicals, intermediates, polymers, etc.).
Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering sustained growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
