Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the sales operations for Ferrari at our BKC showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing high-net-worth client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional luxury brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the luxury car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Ferraris market presence in the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and delivery experience. Ensure brand standards and Ferrari guidelines are strictly followed at the showroom. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver world-class customer service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 8-12 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail sales. Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and customer-centric approach. Experience in handling premium or luxury brands will be highly preferred.
